Pickled Onions

1 Red Onion

Red Wine Vinegar

*Optional 1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener

  1. Thinly slice the onion and place in a jar or seal-tight container

  2. Cover in red wine vinegar

  3. Add in the monk fruit sweetener if desired.  Shake in the sealed container to evenly coat the onions

  4. Let sit at room temperature overnight

Store in the fridge
