Hi, I’m so glad you’re here, My name is Sarah Casden and I am a Holistic Nutritionist and Natural Foods Chef. I am dedicated to helping my clients live healthier & happier lives.

A holistic nutritionist means I take a 360-approach to wellness. I help my clients find success by taking a macro look at the entire picture holistically, and not just a narrow view of diet or weight loss goals. Our health is not simply determined by what we eat, but rather a variety of lifestyle factors including nutrition, movement, hormonal balance, sleep, mental health, medical history and more.

I’m here to help you make lasting lifestyle changes and ditch the diet for good! Whether you’re tired of working hard and not seeing results, or you just don't know where to begin, I want to empower you to be the best version of yourself, improve your health and optimize your wellbeing in a truly sustainable way!

My Background & Education

To say I am passionate about wellness is an understatement! I have engrossed myself in the constantly evolving science of wellness (emphasis on science…no fad diets here!) I received my Health Coaching Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and received my Culinary Chef Certification from the Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan. After graduating from IIN, I continued my training, studying the Science of Wellbeing at Yale University and the Gut Microbiome at Emory University.
